Where to open

Overview tiles
- Pending — redemptions that have not been listed on Whatnot yet. This is your work queue.
- Listed — redemptions with a Whatnot listing up, waiting for the viewer to buy or for you to ship.
- Fulfilled (window) — redemptions you shipped in the chosen window. Your throughput.
- Canceled (window) — redemptions you refunded. Watch this against your total — a cancel rate over 10% is a sign your shop or your fulfillment flow needs attention.
- Points issued (window) — total positive points added to the ledger. Divided by window gives the daily issuance rate shown below the number.
- Points spent (window) — total points burned in redemptions.
- Outstanding liability — the point value of pending + listed redemptions. The "we owe this much in rewards" number.
- Oldest pending — hours since the oldest unlisted redemption was posted. If this creeps above 48 hours, your fulfillment flow is backed up.
Redemption trend
Daily bars for the chosen window. Hover for exact counts and point totals. Use this to spot patterns — a mid-week dip, a weekend spike, a dead stretch after a product-set release.
Fulfillment speed
- Avg time redeem → listed — how long it takes you to post the Whatnot listing after a viewer redeems. Aim for under 24 hours; a day or less is operator-grade.
- Avg time listed → fulfilled — how long from listing to shipping. Depends on your packing cadence; most operators run this at 2-5 days.
- Cancellation rate — percentage of redemptions you canceled vs. total. Keep this under 5% to stay out of Whatnot's cancel-rate penalty zone.
- Redemptions in window — your sample size. The time averages above are only reliable when this is 10+.
Top redeemed items
Table ranked by redemption count. Points spent per item shows the revenue impact per shop item. Use this to retire dead items (0 redemptions) and double down on winners (high redemption + high points-per).
Top redeemers
Your best customers from the rewards side. Pair this with your Buyer History page to see each viewer's combined picture — points spent + Whatnot sales + chat volume.
Earn breakdown
Where the points came from. Bar chart with percentages:
- Bid — first-bid awards
- Chat — chat messages at the full or half rate
- Watch — per-minute watch time
- Engagement bonus — one-shot per show when thresholds pass
- Operator adjust — manual grants or corrections
A healthy mix leans chat + watch heavy. Bid-dominated means your chat point rate is probably too low; watch-dominated with no chat means your audience is passive — raise the chat rate.
Picking a window
- 7 days — operational check. "How are we doing this week?"
- 30 days — the default. Smooth enough to spot trends, short enough to react.
- 90 days — quarterly review. Set point rates for the next quarter from this view.
- 365 days — year review. Compare quarters, year-over-year.
